RAMP Retreat Extension
As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Parties agree to extend the retreat timelines outlined in the Regional Associate Mobility Plan (RAMP) at page 20 for Potomac associates in the title of Cable Splicing Technician and Outside Plant Technician that are on approved COVID-19 leaves for one or more weeks.

Overtime Available
Verizon has contacted the CWA and asked that we let all fios technicians know that Overtime has been opened up. They will be accepting volunteers seven days a week. If they do not get enough volunteers they will begin forcing overtime.

Hazard pay update
Hazard pay update As Verizon is preparing to activate Phase 3 of their COVID-19 response, for eligible employees effective May 31, they will change Hazard Pay from $300 per week to $60 per day for each day worked outside the home. For those who are on a 4-day work week, the Hazard Pay will be $75 per day for each day worked outside the home.

COVID – 19 Update As you all know, Verizon made the decision for technicians to again work inside customers' homes and businesses as of Monday, June 1st. CWA discussed postponing this move with them but Verizon refused to do so, claiming they had a sufficient supply of PPE on hand to keep all technicians safe.
