BUSINESS ATTIRE OPT-OUT

Any member that is not a FIOS technician wishing to opt out of the yearly Business Attire agreement. Must submit to their supervisor in writing that they wish to opt out. This must be done in the month of October. If you have any questions or concerns, please call 540-323-1265. Thank you.
